Synopsis
Talk To Me, 4 x 1hour episodes for ITV1. Created by Danny Brocklehurst. This is a warm hearted show about modern relationships and modern lives. It’s Cold Feet – with tough edges. At the heart of it is a love triangle between Claire, Woody and Mitch. Claire and Woody have been together for 8 years, have a young baby and are planning their wedding. Mitch is Woody’s best friend, but he also loves Claire. Mitch can’t have the woman he loves without destroying the most important friendship in his life, but can he ignore his smouldering feelings, and can Claire resist his charms?…

The script is the work of renowned TV writer Daniel Brocklehurst, who penned episodes of Shameless, Sorted, Clocking Off and Linda Green, and at the helm is respected director Dearbhla Walsh, who was also behind the camera for Funland and Shameless.
Established stage actor Joseph Millson plays Mitch's best friend Woody, while the object of their affection Claire is played by Laura Fraser, seen in 2001 movie A Knight's Tale.
Mitch's sister Kelly is played by Kate Ashfield, perhaps best known as Simon Pegg's girlfriend in movie Shaun of the Dead, and her husband is played by Adrian Bower, a TV regular whose credits include Teachers.
Also featured is Emma Pierson, a well-known face on TV and Max's co-star in Hotel Babylon.

Film Locations
Filming to begin in January 2007, in Douglas, Isle Of Man, by Company Pictures and transferred to London in March 2007 to film in and around Crouch End.
"The crew spent four weeks filming in the Isle Of Man before coming to Crouch End, where they have proven lucrative for local businesses and residents. Locations for the shoot have included Spiazzo Italian Deli and the Haelan Centre on the Broadway, the Bouga restaurant, Park Road, the World Café, Crouch Hill, Crouch End Broadway itself and Hornsey Town Hall.
Nearby locations include a flat in the Wat Tyler Housing Estate, Boyton Road, and the New River Village - both in Hornsey - and Alexandra Palace, Wood Green High Road and a private residence in Highgate."
