In the last few weeks, 101 Films has announced the upcoming release dates for indie WWII drama War Blade, with Joseph Millson as Robert Banks. The new poster has Joseph front and centre, with lots of him in action to be seen in the acompanying trailer.
War Blade is released in the US on 9th January 2024 on DVD, Digital, and VOD. UK fans have to wait until 15th January 2024.
The film follows an agent of the British Special Operations Executive tasked with rescuing a French resistance fighter from a hidden Nazi bunker. During WWII, Agent Banks of the British Special Operations Executive must rescue a French resistance fighter from a secret Nazi bunker. Always outnumbered and outgunned, Banks and his group of allies must use their guile to outwit the enemy and survive the deadly mission.
