The Dead 2: India, the highly anticipated follow-up to the award-winning Ford Brothers’ critically acclaimed zombie road movie The Dead (2010) is set to premiere as the opening film at Film 4 FrightFest in London on August 22nd, 2013. As part of promotional campaign in advance of the film’s release, we’ll be giving away two tickets to the FrightFest premiere. The winner will also get to attend the premiere’s after-party; where they’ll be introduced to The Dead 2‘s directors, Howard and John Ford, as well as the film’s star Joseph Millson. 

The FrightFest website has added a page for The Dead 2 on its website, and has also posted lovely words about Joseph's performance. 

The world premieres include our opening night attraction THE DEAD 2: INDIA from the Ford Brothers featuring a stand-out performance from British actor Joseph Millson.

The reviews for Macbeth continue to trickle in, mostly very positive now, but some not enjoying the comedy element. Again planty of lovely comments about Joseph's performance.

Total Film have reported that The Dead 2 India will open this year's FrightFest. 

The Dead 2: India, will kick off the horror festival. From the Ford brothers, Howard and Jon, the film is a sequel to The Dead, which was set in Africa.

On being selected to open the fest, the brothers said, “It's truly an honour to be the opening film – mind-blowing! Being at FrightFest for The Dead was such an incredible experience for us and one of the highlights of our whole journey with the film. It's an awesome event with a brilliant crowd and we both sincerely cannot wait to see you all there!”

The Dead II: India will be screened at this year's FrightFest, which begins 22nd August in London. Look for further details on the Fright Fest website - they announce details of their festival line-up in June. 

News of another new film which Joseph is attached to has been announced on Deadline.com. Repercussion is scheduled to begin filming during Joseph's downtime from Macbeth. This should please Leddi fans, as Sarah-Jane Potts is also attached.  

Stealth Indie, which focuses on commercial genre from British and European talent, has come aboard three new films set to shoot at the end of July... ...Repercussion is a blackly comic thriller starring Joseph Millson as a reluctant hold-up man, on the run. Sarah-Jane Potts (Kinky Boots) also stars. John Langridge directs.
