Channel 5 has shared new preview videos for 8 Days That Made Rome on You Tube. The first is a hi-res version of the recent trailer, and the second a longer look at each episode, with plenty of Joseph as Spartacus to be seen. According to Joe, his episode may be broadcast on November 3rd. We don't know dates yet for Sarah-Jane's episode. The series begins on Channel 5 at 9pm on Friday 27th October. Keep an eye on the website for the show for more information. 

Channel 5 shared a preview video of Joseph's episode of 8 Days That Made Rome, along with the news that the series will begin on Friday October 27th at 9pm on Channel 5! I assume, as the news accompanied a Spartacus preview, that Joseph's episode may be the first one. But there are no more details yet. The brief preview looks amazing!

Channel 5 has shared a new preview video for Eight Days That Made Rome on Facebook. No broadcast date for the series has yet been announced. Joseph Millson plays Spartacus in his episode, while wife Sarah-Jane Potts plays Agrippina in the Nero episode.

Drive TV has shared some more background detail about the Eight Days That Made Rome series, which Joseph and Sarah-Jane recently filmed in Bulgaria. There is no news yet of a broadcast date for the series. 

SYNOPSIS

This series leaves behind the conventional chronologies of Rome’s thousand-year history and brings razor-sharp focus to eight days that created, tested and defined its greatness. Each programme works as a stand-alone, as strong in its own right as part of a series. Each programme reveals a Rome relevant to us today, with its noblest and darkest instincts still resonating in the world around us.

Joseph treated us to a couple of new photos today on Instagram, including the shirtless one above, as his episode of Eight Days That Made Rome 'Spartacus' finished filming in Bulgaria.
