Joseph recently tweeted this lovely photo from the day he was delighted to receive a fellowship from Rose Bruford College. The college website has posted news from that day, which gives a little more background.
The ceremonies were attended by the Mayor of Bexley, special guests, alumni, the graduating students and their proud families. Other noted guests at the ceremonies included the newly awarded graduate fellows of the College, such as the TV actor Joseph Millson and acclaimed writers and directors James Dodding, Malcolm Morrison and Phil Wilmott, Other alumni fellows honoured were business woman Alison Williams, theatre administrator Helen Pringle and lighting designer John B. Read.
The ceremony celebrates the end of three years’ intensive training in performance, design, management and technical arts at one of the UK’s top drama schools.Graduates, friends and family celebrated with champagne in the beautiful surroundings of the Lamorbey Park campus in Sidcup...The new graduates celebrated their day alongside the College’s distinguished guests, who also received fellowships.
Joseph Millson, is an Associate Artist of the Royal Shakespeare Company and has appeared in many of its celebrated productions, as well as distinguished work in the National Theatre, his film credits include Casino Royale, and the forthcoming Dead of the Nite and I Give It A Year. He was recently in the BBC Radio 4 adaptation of Thomas Mann’s Buddenbrooks, and the new comedy Shooting Animals is due to be broadcast later this year.
